Caroline Soberanis

Serving as Assistant Vice President of Advancement, Caroline Soberanis is passionate when it comes to elevating communities and individuals who are often overlooked. Prior to rejoining the Forum, Caroline was Development Director at New Virginia Majority. She has experience working with nonprofit organizations in different capacities. Caroline spent time with the Strategy & Planning team at the Democracy Alliance, where she collaborated with donors, funds, and foundations to support and expand progressive infrastructure across the country. Caroline also spent time at Enroll America, working across development, communications, and policy teams. Managing team priorities, communications and strategic initiatives, Caroline believes in the advancement of critical social issues through philanthropy. 

An Arizona native, Caroline holds a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University.
