Infographic: Title 42 – What’s Next at the Border?

In recent weeks, Title 42 has garnered increased media attention and been the subject of much public debate. More than 1.7 million migrants have been immediately expelled at the U.S.-Mexico border under the policy, including many asylum-seekers fleeing persecution and violence. The Biden administration has released plans to end Title 42 and replace it with more sustainable policy measures.
