A series of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) fee changes, including a fee increase for obtaining work authorization, are set to go into effect on October 2, 2020. This infographic describes some of the key changes affecting immigrant workers and their families.

Note: On Tuesday Sept 29, 2020 a federal court in San Francisco issued a preliminary nationwide injunction that will prevent the fee rule increases for immigration services from going into effect on October 2, 2020.
