Naturalization Fee Increases

The application fee for naturalization will increase by more than five hundred dollars beginning October 2, 2020. This infographic is a call to action before the the fee increases.

Note: On Tuesday Sept 29, 2020 a federal court in San Francisco issued a preliminary nationwide injunction that will prevent the fee rule increases for immigration services from going into effect on October 2, 2020. USCIS continues to accept current USCIS form editions and fees, as well as fee waiver requests.
