Gheeda Haidar

As the Finance & Operation Associate, Gheeda Haidar collaborates closely with the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer and the Assistant Vice President of Finance & Administration. Working with staff, contractors, and vendors, Gheeda helps execute financial projects to support the work of the Forum.

Gheeda brings with her a strong background in the non-profit sector, having dedicated her career to this field and working passionately for immigration reforms. Before joining the Forum, she served as an Accountant at various non-profits in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Beirut, Lebanon. Originally from a very small town in Lebanon, she has lived in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and now the United States. Gheeda is a native Arabic speaker.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance with honors from the Lebanese American University in 2018 and recently completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Augsburg University in 2024.
