Dan Gordon
Vice President of Strategic Communications
Dan Gordon brings years of experience in journalism, editing and community organizing to his role as Vice President of strategic communications at the National Immigration Forum. Among his many duties, Dan creates effective communications in support of the Forum’s agenda, fosters strong relationships with members of the media and crafts strategic internal and external messaging.
Before joining the Forum in 2011, he was the managing editor and deputy web editor at the Dana Foundation, a board member and community organizer for Jews United for Justice and a copy editor for the St. Petersburg (Florida) Times and Denver Post.
Originally from Normal, Illinois, he graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
