Andrea Castaneda-Lauver

As a Business Engagement & Inclusion Programs Associate, Andrea oversees the Forum’s work to engage businesses in Houston, Texas.

Prior to joining the Forum in November 2022, Andrea worked as a pastor to students in the Church of the Nazarene. During her time as a pastor, she served as a faith leader on the Forum’s Evangelical Immigration Table.

Born in San Salvador, El Salvador, and raised in Houston, Texas, she holds a degree in Theology & Ministry from Southern Nazarene University.
