Arab American Institute (AAI)
Promotes Arab American participation in politics. AAI’s Foundation conducts civic education workshops designed to strengthen participation of Arab Americans in the civic life of their communities and to educate Arab Americans about their political rights and responsibilities. AAI publishes a congressional scorecard and reports on the Arab American vote in national elections.
Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote (APIAVote)
A national coalition of non-partisan nonprofit organizations that encourages civic participation and promotes a better understanding of public policy and the electoral process among the Asian and Pacific Islander American community.
Brings together an international consortium of the world's leading academic centers and citizen engagement organizations. The Collaborative works to strengthen democracy and civil society locally, nationally, and globally. A principal emphasis of the Collaborative is studying and helping to generate forms of civic participation that help develop resilient, responsible citizens capable of meeting the challenges facing communities and society.
Immigrant Voting Project
A resource network dedicated to promoting discussion about the practice of allowing immigrants to vote in local elections --often referred to as "resident voting." It analyze past and current resident voting initiatives; create a network among immigrant advocates, community activists, academics and policy makers; and disseminate information through a website, publications and events.
Asian American Justice Center (AAJC)
AAJC promotes voting rights by working to eliminate discriminatory barriers to the participation of Asian Pacific Americans in our nation's political process. This includes working to enforce the protection of the Voting Rights Act, encouraging voter registration through enforcement of the National Voter Registration Act, and providing analysis of Asian American electoral participation through exit polling.
National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO)
NALEO was established in 1981 to promote the participation of Latinos in the nation's civic life, NALEO operates the designed the Voces del Pueblo Campaign which promotes full Latino electoral participation through voter education, mobilization and advocacy.
People for the American Way
The mission of People for the American Way is to meet the challenges of discord and fragmentation with an affirmation of "the American Way": pluralism, individuality, freedom of thought, expression and religion, a sense of community, and tolerance and compassion for others. PFAW has various civic participation initiatives which include voting access by LEPs.
