With 10,428 immigrants living in its metropolitan area, Twin Falls is a region where immigrants are making a difference. In fact, the immigrant share of the population has grown from 6.3% in 2000 to 9.7% in 2013.

These folks comprise 12.3% of the labor force, and represent a significant portion of high school students graduating from our schools.

So, while Congress debates the future of immigration reform, we’re looking to communities like Twin Falls that have the opportunity to address immigration and forge a major impact on the local political environment, schools system, public services, and economic prosperity.
