With 35,490 immigrants living in its metropolitan area, Pasco is one the fastest growing immigrant cities in the nation. In fact, the immigrant share of the population accounts for 14% of the total population in Pasco.

These folks comprise 18.7% of the labor force, and represent a significant portion of high school students graduating from our schools.

So, while Congress debates the future of immigration reform, we’re looking to communities like Pasco that have the opportunity to address immigration and forge a major impact on the local political environment, schools system, public services, and economic prosperity.

Check out our snapshot on immigrants in Pasco, then sign up to help us build an immigration agenda that will help Pasco immigrants attain the opportunities, skills, and status they need to help our city reach its fullest potential.
